Jake visits

We dropped Jake off at the airport this morning. We had a short visit with him this weekend, but it was nice to see him before he goes on his mission (San Bernadino, CA). We picked him up early friday evening and grabbed some Popeye's Chicken for dinner. I have to say, Popeye's kicks KFC's trash. It'll clog your arteries but it's finger licken good :0). As our food settles we watched the most recent Die Hard movie, cheesy good fun. Saturday we "hit" the batting cages with John and Cindy. Jake, Aaron, and John did really well, and I did okay. After batting we headed home for lunch and a scripture study with the future missionary. With our stomachs full we headed for the pool at Pete and Rhonda's. We had so much fun trying to catch the ball in the pool! We worked up quite an appetite playing in the pool so we headed home for a Squeezer's dinner. It was a fun weekend and we look forward to seeing Jake when he gets back from his mission. I can't believe Adam will be talking and walking by then!
