Caldwell Air Show

In June we decided to go as a family to Caldwell's annual air show. It was a popular event that day, we had a hard time finding a parking spot! The airport's parking lots filled up so fast, there was overflow parking they were busing people to and from Simplot stadium. Since we are not your ordinary family and Aaron likes to find loop holes, we found parking a long the side of the road leading to the airport. We then walked a couple of miles with Adam on Aaron's shoulders and me carrying Logan in the baby bjorn to the airport (I was wearing flip-flops). Aaron does not like crowds and sometimes does silly things to avoid them. He was very sweet though, and later apologized for making us trek through goat heads to get to the air show. It was so neat seeing all the planes and helicopters, Adam had a blast! We stayed for an hour or two and then went and grabbed chicken nuggets and fries and had a picnic at John's Stake Center to watch the rest of the show.
